1. About This Service
LPMR Delta is operated by LPMR Analytics LLP (doing business as LP & M Research). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to these Terms of Service.
Our service provides tools for analyzing financial data in XBRL format to assist with research and decision-making.
Your use of LPMR Delta is also subject to our Privacy Policy, which details how we handle personal data in compliance with applicable laws, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
2. Acceptable Use
Permitted Uses
- Personal or organizational financial research and analysis.
- Educational and academic purposes.
- Compliance and regulatory reporting.
Prohibited Activities
- Reverse engineering or attempting to access source code
- Sharing account credentials or enabling unauthorized third-party access.
- Scraping, automated data extraction, or use of "bots" to harvest data.
- Using the service for any illegal activities or to infringe on the rights of others.
3. Your Account
You are fully responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. All activities under your account are your responsibility. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized access. Account sharing is strictly prohibited and may result in immediate termination.
3.1 Account Suspension and Termination
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account immediately, with or without notice, if you violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, abuse the service, or for any conduct we determine to be harmful to our platform or other users. Termination does not entitle you to a refund of any prepaid fees.
4. Billing & Subscriptions
4.1 Trial Period and Commencement of Service
We offer a 7-day free trial of LPMR Delta. Access to the full features begins immediately upon trial activation.
You will be automatically charged at the end of the 7-day trial period unless you cancel your subscription beforehand.
4.2 Subscription Terms
- Subscriptions are prepaid monthly or annually.
- Access begins immediately upon successful payment.
- Payments are processed via Dodo Payments; we do not store credit card details.
- Pricing may change with 30 days' notice via email or platform announcement.
4.3 Cancellation
- Subscriptions can be canceled or managed through your account settings.
- Cancellation During the Free Trial (Within 7 Days): If you cancel before the 7-day trial period ends, your access to paid features will cease immediately, and you will not be charged. Your account will revert to the free tier.
- Cancellation After Payment (Post-7 Days): If you cancel after payment has been processed, you will retain access to the paid service until the end of the current pre-paid billing period. No further charges will be incurred.
5. Refund Policy
5.1 Trial-Based Policy
Our 7-day free trial is intended to allow you to fully evaluate the service before committing to a paid subscription.
We offer refunds only where required by law. Outside of legal obligations:
- If you cancel during the free trial, you will not be charged, and therefore no refund is necessary.
- If you cancel after payment, no partial or full refund will be issued for the remaining time in your prepaid subscription period. You will maintain access until the prepaid period expires, as detailed in Section 4.3.

6. Intellectual Property
All platform materials, including software, logos, and proprietary research formats, are the intellectual property of LP & M Research. You are granted a limited, non-transferable license to use the service for its intended purpose.

- Not Financial Advice: LPMR Delta provides tools for research purposes only. We do not provide investment, legal, tax, or financial advice. All decisions made based on our data are your own.
- Data Accuracy: Data is sourced from third-party regulatory filings (e.g., SEC). While we strive for accuracy, we do not guarantee the correctness of source data and are not liable for errors or omissions in such filings.
- Use at Your Own Risk: LPMR Analytics LLP is not liable for financial losses or business outcomes resulting from the use of our service.
8. Service Availability & Force Majeure
- We provide the service on an "as is" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access or 100% uptime.
- Force Majeure: We shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance due to causes beyond our reasonable control, including but not limited to internet outages, cloud provider failures (Vercel, Nhost, Google Cloud Platform), payment processor disruptions (Dodo Payments), or regulatory changes.
9. Limitation of Liability
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, LPMR Analytics LLP's total aggregate liability shall not exceed the total fees actually paid by you to us in the three (3) months immediately preceding the date on which the claim first arose.
- Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or other liabilities that cannot be limited under the Indian Contract Act, 1872, or Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law
- These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Kolkata, India.
- Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable or invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain in full force and effect.
11. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance. The "Last updated" date above indicates the most recent version.
12. User Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless LPMR Analytics LLP, its affiliates, officers, directors, employees, and agents from and against any and all claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, expenses, or fees (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from:
- Your use or misuse of LPMR Delta;
- Your violation of these Terms;
- Your violation of any rights of another party, including intellectual property rights;
- Any content or data you submit through the service.
This indemnification obligation will survive the termination of your account or these Terms.
13. Survival
The provisions regarding Intellectual Property, Disclaimers, Limitation of Liability, Indemnification, and Governing Law shall survive any termination or expiration of these Terms.
