2.1 Specific Disclosure for Google Sign-In
- LPMR Delta uses the Google Sign-In service solely to authenticate your identity and securely create or log into your account.
- We do not share, transfer, or use the data received from Google Sign-In for serving advertisements or for any purpose other than providing the core functionality of LPMR Delta.
- We collect the following personal information from your Google Account:
- Your name and your primary Google Account email address (using the
.../auth/userinfo.email and .../auth/userinfo.profile scopes).
3. System Performance & Monitoring
To maintain platform stability, we use Prometheus to monitor backend performance. This involves collecting technical metrics such as latency, status code distributions, and system resource utilization. Data is aggregated and anonymized, containing no personally identifiable information. It is used solely for troubleshooting, optimizing performance, and ensuring service reliability.
4. Legal Basis for Processing
We process personal data under GDPR, CCPA, India’s IT Act, and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) based on:
- Consent: When you voluntarily provide information.
- Legitimate Interest: Improving performance, ensuring security, and infrastructure monitoring.
- Legal Obligation: Compliance with applicable laws.
5. Third-Party Services
We use secure third-party services that may process limited data:
- Dodo Payments: Secure payment processing (we do not store card details).
- Nhost: Used for authentication and database storage; no third-party tracking cookies.
- Vercel Analytics and Speed Insights: We use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights to collect aggregated usage and performance data such as page views, navigation events, device information, and Core Web Vitals. This data is used solely to monitor performance and improve reliability and user experience. No advertising, profiling, or cross-site tracking is performed.
- Google Analytics (operated by Google LLC): Collects data including IP addresses (often anonymized), browser and device information, pages visited, approximate location from IP, time spent on site, and user interactions. This helps us analyze site traffic patterns and improve functionality. We do not use it for advertising, remarketing, or cross-site tracking. - Meta Pixel (operated by Meta Platforms, Inc.): Collects data on page views, basic interactions (e.g., timestamps, device/browser info, and events like scrolls or clicks), and sends it to Meta servers for performance measurement. 6. GDPR Rights (EU Users)
- Right to access, correct, delete, or export your personal data.
- Right to object to certain processing.

- Industry-standard encryption (AES-256 for data at rest, TLS in transit).
- Strict access controls and periodic security audits.
- IP logs & analytics retained up to 12 months; system performance logs are automatically rotated or anonymized within 90 days and permanently deleted within 180 days; contact data up to 24 months unless requested otherwise.

Data may be transferred to servers in India, the United States, or the European Union, with safeguards to ensure compliance with applicable laws.
10. Transparency & Updates
We conduct periodic reviews of our privacy practices. Significant changes will be communicated by email (if provided) or via prominent notice on our platform. The “Last updated” date reflects the most recent version.
11. Miscellaneous Disclosures
- Children's Privacy: Our services are not directed to individuals under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children. If you believe a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, please contact us immediately.
- Do Not Track (DNT): Our website does not currently respond to "Do Not Track" browser signals as there is no industry-standard for implementation.
- Business Transfers: In the event of a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, your personal information may be transferred as a business asset.
- Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for the privacy practices or content of external platforms linked on our website.
